I purchased this sofa because my disabled mother will be visiting and cannot climb stairs. Unfortunately, despite being advertised as a sofa bed, it does not convert into a bed, which was disappointing and the main reason for my purchase. That said, I do like the sofa itself. Assembly was straightforward, it feels sturdy, and the corduroy fabric is soft and attractive. I also appreciate that the cushion covers unzip for easy washing. I did try sleeping on it, but the armrests are very hard, making it less comfortable for overnight use. Because it doesn't function as a sofa bed as described and isn't ideal for sleeping, I'm giving it 4 stars. It seems durable and like it will work well for our purposes, but for some reason they adhered a parts number label to the surface of one of the cushions - which is visible - and it’s bonded to the material So … not sure how we’re going to get that off. We’ll figure something out, but it’s a pain. Considered three stars tbh but it seems like a decent value for the price. And it would be a hassle to send the whole thing back. I’ve had this couch for about two weeks and would give it 3 stars. I ordered the beige, and the color is pretty accurate to the listing photos. I will admit that I didn’t realize when ordering that this is a completely frameless couch. It arrives fully vacuum sealed and is essentially made entirely of foam/cushioning with no internal frame or structure. It was very easy to unpack and took about 24–48 hours to fully expand. Unfortunately, my first impression was that it looked and felt pretty cheap. The fabric has a very synthetic feel and had a noticeable smell when first opened. Even after fully expanding, the couch is much more wrinkled and less full and structured than it appears in the listing photos. I think you would need to spend quite a bit of time steaming and working with the fabric to get it to look closer to the photos. Comfort-wise, it’s comfortable enough at first, but the lack of a frame becomes noticeable the longer you sit on it. You gradually sink into the foam and the couch starts to lose its shape and structure underneath you. This is especially noticeable toward the ends, where putting too much weight in one area can cause the couch to lean forward to the point where it almost feels like you’re falling off. Overall, it’s functional and relatively comfortable, but it definitely looks and feels like an inexpensive couch. If you’re looking for something casual and don’t mind the completely frameless construction, it may work for you. If you’re expecting the fuller, more structured look shown in the listing photos or something that feels like a traditional sofa, I would probably look elsewhere.. Brittnie. Jersey City, NJ.
