Made from durable stainless steel, this oval roaster has a sleek silver mirror polish finish. The riveted handles provide a secure grip, and the domed lid helps lock in heat and moisture. This roaster is oven safe up to 500F and works on gas, halogen, electric, and vitroceramic cooktops. Hand wash only care helps preserve the polished finish and long lasting performance. It is a great choice for holiday meals, family dinners, and special occasions.

This pan is not as described. It is advertised as stainless steel, but it is clearly not made of stainless steel. I used it only once to roast meat, then washed and dried it properly. Despite this, both the lid and the bottom of the pan have already rusted after just one use. This is unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be stainless steel. I would like a full refund or a replacement with a product that is actually made of stainless steel.. Anonymous. Wed Sep 02 2026

Each lidded baker measures 8.5 by 4 by 3.75 inches with a 20oz capacity, finished in deep Mediterranean stoneware with side handles and a knob finial on each fitted lid. Spinach, artichoke, eggplant, zucchini, and porcini sformato all set up beautifully. Beyond sformato, the form handles individual lasagna alla bolognese, eggplant parmigiana, baked ziti, polpettone, cannelloni, and pasta al forno. The set of four serves a full table their own portion, lid lifted for aromatic steam release. Crafted from durable stoneware with a saturated, fade-resistant glaze. The Verde Set of 2 Oval Mini Baker set pairs two lidded oval dishes in saturated Mediterranean olive-green stoneware. Each baker measures 8 by 4 by 3.75 inches with a 14oz capacity, finished with side handles and a knob finial atop the fitted lid — clean trattoria lines drawn from southern Italian rustic kitchen tradition. The oval is the classic shape of Italian uova al tegamino, baked eggs in butter or olive oil with prosciutto, asparagus tips, shaved truffle, fresh tomato, or melted taleggio, served bubbling with crusty bread. The 14oz capacity also handles vegetable contorni — gratinéed cardoons, baked fennel, roasted radicchio with balsamic, eggplant caponata, broccoli rabe gratin. The green glaze flatters golden cheeses (pecorino, parmigiano, taleggio) finished under the broiler. Crafted from durable stoneware, dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe. The matching pair invites a two-person aperitivo ritual.
