After assembly great looking desk. My 15 year old son assembled in about 2 hours. He took his time but had no difficulty. The desk was bought for him. There was small scratch/indention on top hutch. Came out box with scratch. I had seen reviews about the drawers not closing and such. The top drawer does have difficulty closing. It goes about halfway in and stops,I am not wanting to push it hard. Hopefully we can get it working.. Crystal. Princeton Wv. Fri Sep 11 2026

It’s crafted from engineered wood and features integrated LED lighting to add a dynamic glow to your setup. Three drawers and open shelving provide ample room for office essentials and hardware, keeping everything within reach. Tarnish- and scratch-resistant surfaces ensure the piece stands up to daily use.

When the package arrived I unpacked all the items snd noticed one item cracked and I was so disappointed plus I really didn’t want to repack all the pieces into the box. I went to the Wayfair Help area and although I had to take a lot of pictures, I was able to get a new piece mailed to me. Communication kept me informed of the shipment. The desk itself took a bit of time to put together for me and if time is a constraint, I would hire someone else to do it. The extra phone plugs are handy and the lights can be white or blue, which really make it nice so don’t buy a lamp to go along with the desk. The only other thing is the labels for each piece are large and some are more difficult than others to take off, but a little bit of Goo Gone and elbow grease will help.. Mz. Boca Raton, FL. Every time I look at my desk, I couldn't help but smile :) This is the desk I didn't think I needed. I searched and looked for a long time and I thought I knew what I was looking for, until I browsed and this came up. I fell in love with the secretary design, that I can close the top and it becomes a sleek console/ desk --- but then there's the pull out tray too! And the gray colour is so pretty! I wanted to keep to the brown hues but the way it looked at the website made me take the leap to get the gray, and it didn't disappoint :) 10/10. Raquel. Surrey, BC. Tue Oct 13 2026

Our solid pine cottage series desk can be used as either a desk or a vanity. The solid wood turnings and drawer front treatment emphasize the quality. Drawers are constructed using real dovetail joints and wooden drawer runners.

This is nice and lightweight but still sturdy. I love that it is solid wood. You can assemble with drawers on whichever side you choose; it gives instructions for both ways. It is soft pine so I will need to put a glass cover on the top if I want to write on it. I will add pics as soon as it is all the way together.. Anonymous. Thu Jun 11 2026

Great desk, solid wood and packaged to get here un damaged. Fairly easy to put together, BUT. Instead of screwing in all three screws on the brace, put just the center screw in so will be able to adjust it as you build. Save some headaches. Love the hidden compartment. I don’t want to look at that computer after hours! Penny the pup approves this purchase!. Cheri. Hollister, MO. Sat May 16 2026
