Came out box with scratch. I had seen reviews about the drawers not closing and such. The top drawer does have difficulty closing. It goes about halfway in and stops,I am not wanting to push it hard. Every time I look at my desk, I couldn't help but smile :) This is the desk I didn't think I needed. I searched and looked for a long time and I thought I knew what I was looking for, until I browsed and this came up. I fell in love with the secretary design, that I can close the top and it becomes a sleek console/ desk --- but then there's the pull out tray too! And the gray colour is so pretty! I wanted to keep to the brown hues but the way it looked at the website made me take the leap to get the gray, and it didn't disappoint :) 10/10. Raquel. Surrey, BC. Tue Oct 13 2026

Great desk, solid wood and packaged to get here un damaged. Fairly easy to put together, BUT. Instead of screwing in all three screws on the brace, put just the center screw in so will be able to adjust it as you build. Save some headaches. Love the hidden compartment. I don’t want to look at that computer after hours! Penny the pup approves this purchase!. Cheri. Hollister, MO. Sat May 16 2026

Give your workspace a touch of tradition with this classic-contemporary Desk. The two open storage compartments atop its smooth surface and two parallel drawers provide no-fuss storage, while a dark gray finish refreshes the timeless look.

We needed a medium sized black desk for our furnished rental that would accommodate a laptop and an extra monitor or two. This is the perfect size for our small space. Desk is as pictured and feels sturdy. A little bit of a challenge getting the legs attached as it's a very tight space to work with. Just need to have some patience - but it's worth it. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend.. Irr. Florida. Sat Aug 29 2026
