I like this chair a lot, and so does/did my cat (who nicely tore it up, mainly the back part of the chair. This chair was easy to assemble, and I'd like to get another one or two, but my cat loves the fabric too much for me to spend a lot on chairs that they'll just wreck. But, as a product, no complaints. My only ask would be for companies to make it so that the swivel can lock as sometimes you don't want it to swivel.
