Great looking desk. Seems to be of good quality. However the corner of the desk top got damaged during shipping. I not surprised, in that the cardboard box was dirty, and was covered with cuts and indents. Looks like the corner of the box where the desk top was damaged took an impact hit, or was dropped on that corner, as the black protective plastic was cracked. Pretty desk, but shorter than I expected it to be — my fault for not measuring first, to be sure, but it is definitely a couple inches shorter than desks I’ve had in the past, so make sure it will sit at a comfortable height for you before ordering. The shelf on the bottom is nice, but the way it is assembled, the heads of the screws do stick out just a bit on the top of the shelf instead of being bolted in from the bottom. The drawers do not come out all the way. My desk came slightly damaged, but Wayfair made it right on that front. Instead of screwing in all three screws on the brace, put just the center screw in so will be able to adjust it as you build. Save some headaches. Love the hidden compartment.
