Good, some of the bars are bent, however otherwise I am extremely happy. was easy to put up and did by myself. We already own 3 of these so just adopted another parrot and needed a nice cage. It's a decent cage but came with some screws that were not really ideal for putting it together. Also instructions were a little vague but not too hard to figure out and takes longer than 45 minutes to put together even with 2 people even using a power drill. Also power drill is a must since they only made holes on one side of it to put together. Also, there could of been better attachment pieces for the top and bottom without having to add locks on it. Overall it’s a decent cage. It’s attractive, and I believe my Senegal Parrot (Zazoo) will enjoy it. We are moving to a new house in a different city and hour away. Zazoo turns 25 this year, and we wanted a more affordable cage incase he is near the end of his lifespan. We hope he’ll like his new home. The cage was well-packed and the only damage was to one of the sliding pans. It was dented and chipped, but I’m not concerned. We bought this for our 13-year-old chinchilla. She's had other cages but this one was, by far, the easiest to put together. The instructions were clear and all of the parts were labeled, which was extremely helpful. The only challenge was putting the platforms in the cage. It's easier if you bend the bars just a little bit to get the platform where you want it and then bend them back in place. There's one platform with a hole for her to go through, but she bypasses that and just jumps up from the ramps. Adding the ramps took the longest; putting the rest together took maybe 20 minutes tops. The ramps connect to the platforms which is amazing. She had a cage before where they did not connect and she would push them down. The ramps are covered and she goes up and down them with no problem. We ended up not using the hammock for safety reasons. I particularly like that there are doors on the front and the side. Excellent product. Definitely recommend.. Beth. Pittsburgh, PA. Nice sturdy heavy cage just as discribed but not exactly what I expected. It is pretty but the bars are thicker than our previous cage so it's harder to see the birds. It only has 1 actual access opening so not convient to move things around in the cage. Other 3 openings are for changing food & water out. This is very common for many cages but my birds are not tamed and I do not have a bird room. I love how convenient it is to clean the cage with the pull out grid and the metal tray. Much better than grid inside cage and staticy plastic tray. The cons are some parts are slightly off and the bottom catcher comes apart.
