(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I’m very happy with this little AC. It blows cold air and cools my room until it’s quite chilly, which is my personal preference. It’s easy to install and I did jimmy the set up to fit my particular window. The AC isn’t that heavy since I needed to lift it to shoulder height to install in my window. However someone who isn’t that strong may still need help lifting it. I had replaced my portable AC with the Midea and the Midea cools the room down quicker and to a colder temperature than the portable. My only suggestion would be for the AC control to be closer to the AC on/off part as I find myself turning the dial every which way to turn on the AC instead of the fan option which I hardly use. Also maybe adding a black line on the control nob so you know where the dial is switched to would be helpful. Other than that I’m glad this AC was affordable for me to buy and did not contain all these bells and whistles that probably mark up the price.. Prairie Sunshine. Western Canada. Sun Jul 26 2026

Maintaining a low profile isn’t easy when you stand out from the crowd. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been really impressed with this LG portable air conditioner! It cools the room down quickly and does a great job keeping the temperature comfortable, even on really hot days. The controls on top are simple to use, and I love being able to adjust the temperature and fan speed depending on what we need. For a portable unit, it runs fairly quietly and doesn’t take up a lot of space. I also really like the clean, modern design—it blends in nicely instead of being an eyesore. The wheels make it easy to move when needed, and the LG ThinQ feature is a nice bonus for convenient control. Overall, it has been reliable, easy to use, and puts out plenty of cool air. Definitely a great option if you need extra cooling without installing a window unit!. Traciea. Wed Aug 12 2026

Experience instant relief with our 3-in-1 Fan. Dropping temperatures by 45°F, it features a 12-hour timer, 120° wide-area cooling, and six ice packs for an ultra-chilled, whisper-quiet atmosphere.

I struggled to give this 4 stars - i have a feeling swamp coolers in general arent very effective and we bought it for a bedroom that is above the garage that in above 100 degree temps outside, was a good 5+ degrees hotter than the rest of the upstairs - so perhaps too much of a challenge for such a system. But it definitely didnt cool the room down, though it did emit a lovely, quiet flow of air that felt slightly cooler than room temp. It was easy to put together but note - you have to plug in the little hose or it will leak everywhere when you put water in! Comes with ice packs and a remote and takes up little space. I think it would be nice to give a little extra "fan" feeling in a room, or if blowing directly in you and you keep up with the ice packs, will probably cool you better than a fan. But its not likely to actually lower the room temp as claimed, especially if your room is already hot.. Stuart. Lutz, FL. Wed Aug 26 2026
