FYI - Do not expect to able to use the tilt-out front drawer if you mount the cabinet against wall. The sink basin, inside the cabinet, does not allow the drawer to open. Notified Wayfair of the problem and they offered some credit and a coupon for a future purchase. That was fine with me. Just for any assistance it may offer, I was replacing a sink mounted to the wall with this cabinet and sink. I went with a popup drain instead of the lever. That reduced the depth to the P trap. I went with a new faucet and new hoses and had to get a longer cold hose be cause the divider between the drawer side and shelf side was so close to the faucet connector. I ended up using a hole saw to pass the down pipe through so the shelf would fit in place.. Thomas Winkes. Huntington Woods, Michigan. Sun Aug 30 2026

This compact single vanity adds a minimal silhouette and clean lines to your main bathroom or guest bath. Its streamlined base is crafted from solid and engineered wood with a finish of your choice, and it's capped with a white resin surface and a rectangular resin sink, so all you need to add is a faucet. This vanity includes a functional soft-close drawer and a false drawer with sleek metal handles, giving you space to organize a few bathroom essentials. We love how the splayed legs give this piece a modern feel. Plus, thanks to its slender size, this vanity is great for space-conscious powder rooms.

We really like the style, although as other reviewers have said, you can tell it is not real wood. It looks a bit 'plasticy.' The size is perfect for our tiny bathroom. Unfortunately, the small size means it is very tight for installing the faucet. You want to install the faucet before you have it against the wall. I changed the drawer pulls to brushed nickel to match the rest of the bathroom. That is something you also want to do before you put it against the wall, so you have access to the fake drawer from the back. It is much, much easier to make the drain connection when you can take the real drawer out, however, it appeared the drawer could not be removed. I called Wayfair support, and the person said he would check with the company that makes the vanity. A couple of hours later, I received an email from Wayfair support with a link to a video showing how the drawer can be removed. That was very helpful. It only involved taking out a couple of screws. Finally, we, like many others had to modify the drawer that opens for our drainpipe.. Linda. Grand Rapids, MI. Fri Oct 02 2026

Loving my vanity so far! Super easy to assemble with very few steps to complete. The top part is a little heavy so i had to flip it on its side to get it out of the box and put the legs on it. I’ll use it to get ready and work from home.. Britnee. Miami, FL. Tue Aug 11 2026

This is just beautiful and checked off all of the important boxes we were looking for in our spare bedroom: Small size Desk / vanity combo Foldable mirror All real wood This desk was packed very well and arrived in great condition. Really wanted a desk / vanity with a foldable mirror in the guest room that was small enough to fit next to the bed. My husband is picky with furniture in important rooms like bedrooms and wanted real wood; not MDF, so our options were limited. This is high quality and also extremely easy to assemble. Love this piece so much. Just a note that the manufacturer is in the UK, so it may or may not take a long time to arrive depending on where you live. Posting does not make that clear, but you may have to be patient.. Jennifer. Frederick, CO. Fri Mar 28 2025
