I’ve had this bed for 3.5years and have slept like a baby on it since. It’s more of a medium plush, I’d say. I got another mattress for a guest room that’s also medium but is firmer. I really love this mattress and was bummed that it’s sold out! Im a sidestomach sleeper. Would recommend and would buy again!. Dorothy. San Francisco, CA. Sat Apr 11 2026

This worked out perfectly. Firm, comfortable. I placed a bed board under the mattress to give extra support since there is no box spring.. Rose Mary. Tue Oct 06 2026

Had this mattress for about 6 yrs now. It was comfortable and plush for the first year and then started getting a bit firm for my liking. I feel it’s good for back sleepers but not so much for side sleepers.. Priscilla. Bloomington, CA. Thu Oct 08 2026

I’m very happy with this purchase! It’s incredibly soft and comfortable while still providing a nice level of firmness and support. I’ve been sleeping really well on it. The only minor issue is that all four corners seem slightly compressed or sunken. I initially thought they would fully expand and return to their normal shape over time, but they still seem to be that way. Aside from the corners, I’m very satisfied with everything else. It’s comfortable, supportive, and I’ve been enjoying it so far. I would definitely recommend it!. Anonymous. Fri Oct 16 2026

We got the 14" mattress. I love the 800+ individually wrapped springs, and the fact that it is fiberglass-free, and has CertiPUR-US foam, and OEKO-TEX certification. The mattress also feels really nice and supportive, but also very cushiony on sore joints. I do not think the " reinforced edge support" is anywhere near as supportive as the "integrated mattress edge support" our last mattress from Wayfair featured. The last one we had was the Wayfair Sleep Medium Hybrid Mattress, and you could sit on the side of that one without it sinking down more than just a tiny bit. I liked that feature a lot as it gives you a more stable surface to sit on to put on shoes, etc. Thankfully we have a bench at the end of our bed, because this mattress edge sinks down quite a bit on the edge. (And NO, I have not gained weight since we had the last one.) My husband and I both miss that extra structure at the edges of the old one, but this mattress does feel very nice. Overall we are happy with our purchase. I would have given it 5 stars if it had had the same edge support as the previous mattress. Update: It's now been 5 months that we have been sleeping on this mattress and it is sagging. I wish I'd never bought it. We rotate our mattress every 4 months. We are not obese people, and frankly even if we were, the mattress is supposed to support 880lbs, and my husband and I aren't even half that added together. Don't buy this mattress.... Sherri. With its independent springs that minimize motion transfer and provide body pressure relief, hybrid pocket mattresses like this one are a great option for almost anyone. Made from memory foam, it features a tight top and a medium hardness level reinforced with foam and pocket coils. It even has a quilted cover for added comfort. Our favorite details? The low motion transfer means tossing and turning won't affect your bed partner, while the edge support means it won't sag when you sit down. This mattress arrives in a box and is ready to use after it's removed.
