But as it was a pillowtop I think the suface seems soft and gets pushed easily into the bed untill the powerful spring keeps the bed in shape. It is not the 14” ultra plush. It is the 13” plush. Wayfair sent me a replacement for the first one and the replacement was also the 13” so they refunded me for the mattress and told me to dispose of both mattresses. I really needed the ultra plush but this one is very comfortable if you like a plush mattress, it feels like laying on very soft foam on top of air. I can’t sleep on it due to my bad back but it does offer decent support and comfort. My husband likes it a lot and he prefers a soft mattress and is a side sleeper. This spring mattress has both supporting force and softness, and has good resilience. You can use it yourself or commercially. The bottom is non-slip and has four-corner elastic bands, which can be well fixed. The cover can be detached and washed, which is convenient for cleaning.
