The shed arrived packaged in two big bundles and was delivered down two dirt roads to gravel driveway. Great delivery service ! My carpenter neighbor put the building together on piers. However he reinforced the floor with additional two by fours. The building was a good value with the windows. This building is my she-shed for my Mtn getaways. I love to camp and becoming intolerant to inconsiderate, loud, and drunk neighbors in next site. We purchased primitive lot in NC foothillmtn years ago. Unable to afford a second house here, my she shed will be my camping getaway site. No close site neighbors. Plenty of storage space on the shelf inside as well. I have not painted the building yet as too hot in NC but will later. It will serve as my new camping site! My neighbor Keith also constructed a deck for the she shed as well. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. All of the parts were there, everything numbered, everything fit together real well, I also like how you can take the ends of the shelter off and back on, Ididn't put them on from the beginning but I don't think it's going to be a big deal you just got to go up under the collar that comes around the end to keep weather out when you do have the ends on there. I'm not using the anchoring ropes into the ground, taking one to a tree and the other two into the house. I'll just have to wait and see if it can stand up to South Florida weather. I purchased my shed in October. Unfortunately with the weather change I could not have it assembled until early April, come to find out the included T lock is defective and does not lock the shed. Because I am past the 30 day product window, I am told there is no resolve from company, so I have to purchase a lock to replace and have handyman return. Shed looks great. Instructions and diagrams are so hard to understand. Took 5 days to put floor together, finally. Next came the walls, but once walls were going up, the floor started to buckle.
