It is made from a blend of engineered wood and steel and showcases a button-tufted upholstered panel headboard wrapped in foam and 100% linen. The surround is also upholstered for a tailored look. Decent bed. Feels sturdy enough I was able to put it together alone, but it took about 8 hours going at a slow pace with lots of breaks. Get a kneepad if you have one. Be sure to look at both sides of each piece immediately after you attach to make sure you have the right orientation. I found a backwards one twice and it was a considerable setback. The directions could be confusing at times, generally just sitting and staring at the parts for a bit or looking ahead to next few steps would made it clear. I'm giving it a 4 star review be use a received 3 unlabeled parts, luckily I could narrow them down. And because the pull out shelfs cannot be wheeled out , at least if you have carpet, and are a very tight fit. Photo attached shows why. The bottom of the shelf sides touches the ground and makes the wheels pointless. I will likely use them in the closet instead. The storage drawers are a little awkward to use. I struggle get the hook lined up and set in the slot to close them. Do not recommend if you have a bad back or mobility issues. The light is great if you like a bit of a night light.. M. Madison, WI. Purchased the king size bed in walnut. I love it. The construction is solid and the bed itself doesn’t make any noise. I was concerned the headboard would not be tall enough because we have a 15 inch mattress. But it’s perfect. With a thin bunkie board 15” mattress, there is still 18 inches of headboard above the mattress. The pillows sit nice and a bit of the headboard still peeks out. Love this bed - so pleased with this purchase. I put the bed together by myself. My only suggestion is pay close attention to the headboard pictures. The bottom rail goes on differently than the others. Oops. Painful to fix if it goes on the wrong way. That aside, it was easy to put together.. Susie Q. Hawaii. Sat Oct 24 2026
