The sink is a great value. We needed a slightly less deep sink for an apartment we were renovating. We also wanted a single bay and 16 gauge. This met all the criteria plus came with a faucet and draining rack. As another reviewer mentioned, it does not come with a template to cut out the sink hole for installation but we were able work around that.
