I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Arrived! Shipping and packaging were great. Love the color. The bed definitely is on the firm side. Ot medium. I have since ordered a topper for it.
