I am getting adjusted to this new bed frame. I am using the massage feature almost every night. When I first set up the bed, I had it at full height, which for me meant my feet did not touch the floor when I sat on the edge of the bed. So far so good, we love our split king adjustable bed. It was easy to set up took about 10 minutes to unpackage and screw in bed legs, so a total of 20 minutes for both beds. The hard part was carrying both boxes up to our second floor. Boxes were heavy need at least 2 people to carry. The bed massage works great we bought 12 inch mattresses and can feel it. It came with 2 separate remotes to control each side independently. Overall would recommend this adjustable bed. This bed is amazing. I total life saver. After spending a month in the hospital and close to 3 in a physical rehabilitation center, I needed a shorter bed that was adjustable. I feel in love with this bed before I even ordered it. I just knew it was the one. I went from adjustable queen from another company that I needed a step stool to get into. To an xl twin happily with some elastic sheet straps my beloved snoopy sheets fit on my bed and if I have company I can my extra pillows and turn it into a day bed type side so we can watch tv. Love this bed! Wish we would have gotten it years ago. The matterss is really comfortable. I sleep so much better with my head and feet raised. And watching TV is so much more comfortable. So far so good, I ordered a split king…2 XL twin beds. As a twin they are heavy and awkward (I imagine even more so for a queen or regular king) I recommend 2 people install. I am surprised but I like the massaging feature especially the legs only option. Remote Controls are a little confusing at first but great features available. Very sturdy and easy to install only one set of legs but thankfully they are the perfect height for my bed frame. My husband’s side does not elevate as far as mine that is why I am giving it four stars. I have messaged the manufacturer for troubleshooting tips and will update this if they respond.. Heidi. US.
