This sofa has honestly exceeded my expectations, especially at this price point. If you’re on the fence because of the budget, don’t be! We let the cushions fully expand for about 24 hours, and by the 24–48 hour mark they had fluffed up really nicely. I gave the fabric a quick light steam and vacuum, and that was all it needed. Setup was also much easier than I expected. It took my husband and me about 30 minutes, and that’s with three kids running around! I definitely think one person could assemble it alone, it would just take a little longer. One thing I really wanted to mention is the gray color because I couldn’t find many real life photos before ordering. I originally planned on getting the khaki color, but it was backordered, so I made a last minute decision to switch to gray, and I’m honestly so glad I did. It ended up fitting my home even better than I imagined, so hopefully these photos help anyone who’s looking for references of the gray version. The couch is spacious, comfortable, and has quickly become everyone’s favorite spot in the house. Our kids love it, and we’ve already spent countless hours lounging, watching movies, and just relaxing together. I also love that it’s modular because you can arrange it however works best for your space. This is a great sectional! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the color is definitely lighter than expected. The picture and the box showed a darker blue, closer to navy. Works well in my space. It is NOT 73". It is 68". The description needs to be revised. The sofa would have been too big. If you're a large person, the seat cushions will sink in about three inches, lowering the overall height of the seat. I do love the fact that they are very firm. We bought this seat to add to the sectional we just bought to elongate the sectional set. It's nice that I we could customize the sofa more. All the pieces came for the sectional in great condition with no tearing etc. However there were three pieces, this chair included where there were small manufacturing defects with the locking systems. Like a clamp screwed in the wrong place or the wrong connector placed in a specific spot. This chair was missing a metal connector piece. We are still in the process of getting a hold of the manufacture to remedy these locking system issues. Other than these issues, we really like the couch. Very firm and will hold its shape well. Chenille fabric is very durable and washes great. We have little kids and I've been able to wipe off things very well. The chair backs are perhaps a little low for my husband but I feel supported and I am 5'4". We got the blue color and it is much lighter in person than the photos as a warning. The listing pictures have this as being a deep navy but it is definitely more of a cobalt blue-warmer tone blue if you have a well lit room. If this were in a basement with less natural light than I think it would look much darker. Overall, I would say I am impressed by the material and the firmness of the cushions for durability but for the price we paid I think the manufacturing issues are frustrating and I hope they resolve everything.. This sofa is part of our luxe living collection which features fully framed and upholstered outside arms and outside backs, a 1.8 density foam core seat cushion wrapped with hr high resiliency cool gel top and bottom with plush dacron fiber. Luxe living also features 11-inch thick zippered seat cushions, loose, and reversible. All back cushions are also loose, zippered, and reversible filled with bagged and channeled fiber for softness and comfort.
