There were a few hairline cracks in the large pieces of Flexstone but the contractor thinks he can work around those. The glue was a total loss but we purchased some locally for our project.(A piece of cardboard at the tips would have saved the glue)the top of the box was smashed. With this tile ready niche you have the option to install it vertically or horizontally, and you dont have to use the shelf if you dont want to. Im my case, horizontal looked better.
