Our toilet has worked flawlessly for 7+ years with a lot of daily use. I installed this toilet and noted it is a tad more difficult to install than a "standard" USA toilet. However, the differences are, IMO, from superior engineering - especially how to toilet fits onto the floor and the plumbing connects. Any installation shortcut(s) and for sure there will be problems. This pressure assisted toilet is much better than standard toilets. It can be a little loud and sounds like an airplane toilet, but with little kids it helps prevent clogs. The shipping was very good and it came intact. Customer service at wayfair is excellent. I would high recommend this toilet for remodel, replacement projects because it doesn't have a traditional stopper, water tank and the self-enclosed tank is clean and hopefully worry free for several years.. It’s sleek, modern and sophisticated. It makes any bathroom look a 1000 times better than any standard toilet. It flushes down wads of toilet paper that my toddler throws in there. It gets everything clean with one flush. It’s the perfect size. I know it will last a long time. Kohler is always reliable and durable for us. Assembly was interesting because it’s a new hanging concept for us but we managed. I would Buy this to put through the entire home if money was not an issue.
