We had a very expensive rainfall shower head which basically fell apart after 3 years. Rather than buy another expensive one, we found this one. It is perfect. It looks great, works great, has good pressure and my hubby loves that you can use the handheld and the rainfall together. There is also a switch on the handheld for power washing the shower after you scrub it. So, it cleans you and the tile and glass! We did not put any of the pressure regulators in. It's four stars because some of it is plastic. This unit is not all metal but it still functions and works really well. One important thing to note is that the handheld wand is activated by a manual lever behind the shower head.
