I got this because my son did not believe our spray on the construction grade shower head was powerful enough. I am happy with both the rain head and shower wand. I do wish the items were a bit less plastic and more true metal grade. But I won't be getting rid of the former showerhead for a while. The install was easy enough, or at least I did not hear any grumbling from my husband! It came with everything we needed so no worries on having the plumber's tape, etc. My only initial concern was that the interior box arrived and was wet. I can only suspect that I received a return item or pre-packaging had issues. However, it did not impact the finish or items in the box.. Denise. Columbia, IL. Mon Oct 19 2026
