UPDATE : this couch was a torture trap however I was determined to get use from it. I removed the back feet (because it pitched forward) i replaced the back cushions with kingsize down pillows, but then the back was too low. The back is just a metal bar with fabric over it and the pillow slips through, no actual support! I went to the hardware store and purchased two pieces of plywood: 27x29”, then I covered them with the hard foam from the original cushions then I used a staple gun to upholster black micro fiber blanket (60x70”) cut in half, to the plywood which I attached with 4 med hinges to the base and inside the”killer” bar. (I do NOT recommend using micro fiber, but I made it work). The couch is now custom and deluxe in comfort and the upgrade was only $52 more! To think I actually considered throwing this in a land fill!! The plywood serves as back support as well as headrest! Yay me. This is a great interim couch. Pretty easy to put together, I could have used some help but I was able get it done myself. I like how versitile it is. You can divide it up or leave the arms off of either side. (Just have to disguise the holes on the sides with a throw blanket if you do). But it gives you more arrangement options throughout the yr. Also you can buy some deluxe throw pillows and disguise the quality. The one thing you really have to consider is it looks navy blue in the afternoon light and blk in the evening. I honestly love this couch way more than I expected to. The green velvet color is gorgeous in person — it gives that moodyjewel-tone vibe without looking too dark or cheap. It completely elevated my apartment aesthetic and became the centerpiece of my living room immediately. The size worked really well for my space too since I’m in an apartment and didn’t want something massive or overwhelming. It has that modern, clean look while still feeling cozy. The velvet is soft, the tufting looks expensive, and it photographs insanely well. Assembly was pretty straightforward overall. I was able to get it together without wanting to launch myself into another dimension, which already gives it bonus points. One thing I did NOT expect is how weirdly easy this fabric is to clean. I’ve gotten spills, stains, marker, and even BBQ sauce out of it using just cool water and a tiny bit of dish soap. I was honestly convinced some of those stains were permanent and they came right out without ruining the fabric or color. That alone makes this couch worth it to me because life happens and I didn’t want something high-maintenance. Comfort-wise, I’d say it’s more supportivefirm than cloud-soft, but I actually prefer that because it keeps the couch looking structured instead of saggy after a few months. Great for lounging, gaming, scrolling for hours, or having friends over. For the price, I genuinely think it looks much more expensive than it is. Sofa was delivered faster than expected! No missing or damaged parts. Although instructions were mostly pictures, they were easy to follow. I built it myself and took about an 1.5h. Did not expect the back part of the sofa to be a piece of metal and light fabric covering it, but for the price I can’t complain. Works for its purpose for now but don’t expect it to be durable in the long run. I love the color and am happy with the purchase! (the plastic on the sofa is to protect from my cats scratching). The instructions aren’t great but it’s also not difficult to figure it out. The cushions expanded pretty quick. These photos are approximately 30 minutes after being taken out of the package. My daughter and I and her dog all fit comfortably sitting on the couch. If your looking for something not as pricey, quick delivery and for at room, first apartment then this is a great choice.. Couch came in a day and was exactly what we expected. We gave it around 8 hours to initially inflate and followed the simple instructions of punching it and fluffing it to stimulate it to inflate. From what I have read it takes up to 4 days to fully inflate but even a day in we are super happy with it. Soft enough to sit on for hours but firm enough to not sink. As for size, I am 6ft 3 and me and my girlfriend can easily both spread out on this thing so it’s a win in that regard. I've had this in my office for the past four years. It has held up surprisingly well. People visiting my office for the first time constantly tell me how pretty and comfortable this loveseat is. It has a nice, cozy vibe. It does look a little sloppier with age - the fabric starts to wrinkle and slip a bit - but it just gets more and more cozy. There was, however, a pet-related incident a while back in which I discovered that this sofa is, unfortunately, very difficult to clean.
