We sat on this couch at the new Wayfair store and immediately bought it. It’s a great “short people” couch because it sits low. It’s firm but comfortable. It was very easy to put together. This couch is very soft and comfy. Smaller than expected but it will serve its purpose in the den. My daughter loves it. Other than that it only took me maybe an hour total from box at the door to sitting on a complete couch! The white sofa is exactly as pictured. There are some very interesting things happening with compression these days. This came in a box that makes it look like a big mistake, but it’s a trust the process moment. Once you get it unrolled it pops up into shape relatively quickly and you can sort of abuse it a little to rough it up into shape quicker (as per the instructions). This loveseat is very pretty. It was relatively easy to assemble. A couple of things, it is pretty small, but true to measurements. Also, they recommend 72 hours before you use the sofa to allow the seats to poof, so if you want to use it immediately you may want to consider that. initially I was excited however it didn't arrive with instructions and it was missing one leg from one of the side chairs needless to say we were able to figure out how to put together the sofa and one of the side chairs. they actually look great and they're comfortable I must say as far as for the chair that is missing the leg well we'll just see you when it arrives.. They offer good stability and are easy to assemble; however, they are rather firm, which can make them a bit uncomfortable without additional padding. This is a GREAT piece for the price I got it for. Supportive, firm seat but very soft fabric. The arms could be comfier for lounging (they are not super soft for resting your head) but that's essentially my only complaint. Easy to assemble, very stylish. The black is a true, dark black. Overall a good product. Delivery was fast, setup crew good. Quality fees solid, it’s pretty firm, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing for how it will hold up over time. Material is nice - color matches. Only negative feedback would be the side of the chaise is missing a tuft… i see now that’s obvious from the product photos.
