We sat on this couch at the new Wayfair store and immediately bought it. It’s a great “short people” couch because it sits low. It’s firm but comfortable. It was very easy to put together. The box that came was huge, I’m a woman that lives alone so I just opened it right there at my door and brought the pieces up the stairs, was actually pretty easy as took the box straight to the trash. Other than that it only took me maybe an hour total from box at the door to sitting on a complete couch! Overall a good product. Delivery was fast, setup crew good. Quality fees solid, it’s pretty firm, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing for how it will hold up over time. Material is nice - color matches. Only negative feedback would be the side of the chaise is missing a tuft… i see now that’s obvious from the product photos. This loveseat is very pretty. It was relatively easy to assemble. A couple of things, it is pretty small, but true to measurements. Also, they recommend 72 hours before you use the sofa to allow the seats to poof, so if you want to use it immediately you may want to consider that.
