Very soft and comfortable. You really dont notice its there while sleeping, and it does a great job filling the gap between split mattresses. The only minor downside is if one side of the adjustable bed is raised and the other isnt, it can shift a little—but thats expected with split adjustable beds, not a flaw with the product. This sleeping mat is actually pretty comfortable. The foam is dense enough to add a good amount of support without being too hard. It has a nice anti-slip bottom so it stays in place. It is a little bulky when folded up but I still plan on using it for camping. We have a few foam camping beds that I paid a significant amount of money for and I have a feeling that this will be the bed everyone fights over when we camp. We liked the mattress protector overall. I ordered them two one for my master queen bed and the other for my guest room bed. Overall the protector is really good and looks the same as it was shown in the image page. I tried pouring water and it got removed off easily without getting absorbed down the layer, which is what we would want for a waterproof for any accidental leakage!!
