This boucle bed is very cute. It looks just like the pictures advertised. The bed feels sturdy and was EXTREMELY easyquick to put together— it maybe took me a little over an hour simply because of the amount of screws you have to install. The color of the boucle is a fabulous off white, and the feet are a complementary darker wood with gold caps. The boucle material is soft, doesn’t look or feel cheap, and is easy to clean with a quick vacuumlint rollspot clean. Logistics-wise, it came in one tall, skinny box that was heavier than I could carry by myself. It wasn’t impossible to shimmy it inside alone, but it’d definitely be safer moving with two people given the size. The ONLY negative about this piece is the height of the headboard. I’m really happy with this bed. It was surprisingly easy to assemble, and all the pieces fit together well. Once assembled, the bed feels very sturdy and solid, and it looks even better in person. One of my favorite features is the storage drawer underneath the bed. The drawer has wheels, so it slides in and out very easily, and it’s perfect for storing extra blankets, pillows, clothes, or other things that I don’t want sitting around the room. I also really like the thoughtful design of the slats. There is Velcro along the slat area that helps keep everything securely in place, so the slats don’t move around easily when the bed is being used. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference.
