Good suction, easy to clean, attachments are OK, they just slip on, but does the job. I found it to be on the heavy side and every so often you blast yourself with the hot air coming off it, so it can make you hot as you vacuum. More powerful than a cordless one, I found that vacuuming with this one seemed to go faster than my old canister vacuum. Hair does wrap around the brush. I would recommend this vacuum, but it might be too heavy to handle with more elderly people if lifting, pushing it is fine, nice swivel head and good power brush.. Anonymous. Halton Hills On. I've had my new Dyson Animal vacuum for less than a month and it is truly unbelievable. I bought it to replace an older model and the suction on this new model is incredible. I'm also pretty embarrassed to say that Using the Lighted head on my wood floors has highlighted so much more than dog hair, Including dust. The vacuum is incredible. I have a yellow lab who sheds quite a bit, and although I thought I was getting the dog hair up , My old vacuum was missing quite a lot. The suction is great, the runtime is terrific, the maneuverability of the vacuum really works under and around furniture, And the dust bin is very easy to empty. I am so happy that I made the switch. I feel like my house is much cleaner too! Nice job Dyson. I am a very happy customer !. Pfinn54. Millville, Mass.. Thu Oct 01 2026
