Works so good! Finally, a mop that washes itself as it cleans. My hardwood floors are not just water pushed around with a dirty mop, it rotates the brushes and rinses the mop. I am confused on how the vacuum works, but it does work well. So far so good. The map learning is easier than my former robot vacuums and mops. So smart! I may need to get a second just for my bottom floor and let them live in two places, caring for each floor while I sit at home and work remotely. My last one couldn’t do that since it had this little radar thing on the top and it always stopped it from going under my sofa, chair or consoles. This one is so much quicker. Wish I could name rooms with my own labels & not use their pre-existing labels. Don’t have a playroom but that’s the only option for my extra room. I have mostly ceramic wood tile but it does the matrix clean - which is back & forth in all directions. It’s not an option. It just does it. Great upgrade. So much faster also. Its size is just right. This little robot gets in and around my dining room table and chairs, which is an area that my other robot vacuum couldn't do without having to remove the chairs. The roller-style mopping system does a much better job cleaning my floors then the vibration mop on my other robot. As for the vacuum system, I have five dogs, and the hair is a problem, but this vacuum system seems to be handling it just fine, whereas my older robot had difficulty with clogs and hair winding up in the rollers. Great out of the box! It wasn’t too complicated, which I was worried about, and the app is very easy to use to designate different areas and tell the vacuum where not to go. Easily ran the first vacuum and mop, and the floors were immediately much cleaner. I have had a couple of vacuum cleaners that are way too loud, the Roomba definitely is less noisy (I’m a light sleeper and wasn’t affected at all by it cleaning during the night. It was surprisingly easy to map the entire floor through the app. I will mention that I had to readjust the map a few times, but after that it performs beautifully.
