The FlexFusion has been really fun to style with, especially because of all the different attachments included. The auto wrap curlers give me bouncy curls, while the Fusion Brush gives my hair a lot of volume and I’ve also noticed less frizz when I use the finishing tool. The cord is a good length and doesn’t get in my way while I’m styling and even with all the attachments, the tool itself feels lightweight and comfortable to hold. This is a great handheld steamer that is incredibly quick to heat up and ready for action in less than a minute. I have a full size clothes steamer, but this one is perfect for quick touch ups when you don’t want to pull out the big guns. It is also very easy to operate which I really like, the settings are dry, low, and high. How much simpler can it be The steamer head can also be rotated for vertical or horizontal steaming. Nice performance with light continuous steam on full-steam setting, and steamburst button. Sufficient number and placement of steam holes in the soleplate as well. On/of switch on handle is ideal also (most irons do not have this). Heats up quickly. Big issue, however, is the nearly-impossible-to-fill reservoir located almost under the handle; iron must be off and fully cool to fill, because you have to tilt it, back end up towards yourself, to fully fill it. Good for ironing a garment or two, but an utter nuisance if you have a pile of ironing to get through. Re-engineer the water reservoir opening, and it would be a truly great iron.. C D. I just got this. I charged it before the first use. The battery doesn't last more than 30 minutes, if that. I think the broom part is sort of useless so I just use it without it. I did find it heavy after using it for 30 minutes, so maybe it's a good thing the battery doesn't last that long! :). But I am planning to keep it because I really wanted it for doing a quick blast to get the dust/debris that gets on my outdoor furniture. If I could give this 10 starts I would. I used to have a competitor brand that had not so good suction - and I just thought that was how all home steam cleaners were, so I've gone a long time without having a steam cleaner in my home - and my carpets looked like it. Recently my German Shepherd has decided to mark in the house so I had to do something. This Shark steam cleaner is nothing short of a miracle. SO easy to use. And so effective. I cleaned 4 areas and the carpet looks like new - with no residual pet odor or strong cleaning solution odor. The suction is so efficient that my carpet was dry within 3 hours (with the help of a fan I set on it). Yesterday I came home from work on lunch and my Australian Shepherd had eaten almost a whole bag od treats and it gave her - we'll just say - digestive problems. it was a disaster on my area rugs - 4 different areas. I cleaned up the bulk of the "waste" first then set this Shark to work and let me tell you - my area rugs have not looked this clean since I first rolled them out. I didn't know if I was going to do my area rugs with this because I was worried about water getting through to the hardwood - but it uses so little water in somehow such an efficient way that there was no dampness on the bottom of the rugs... I checked in several places. When I ordered it, I was worried about the size of the dirty water tank as some of the reviews talked about how small it is - but to me it was perfect. Manageable. My older steam cleaner had a huge dirty water tank and it was messy and cumbersome to empty. The tank on this Shark is perfect to just pull off and dump in the toilet - give it a good rinse and click it back into place. Same with the clean water/solution tank. All very easy to manage. Trust me - this is THE one you want. I've now used it on regular pile carpet in the upstairs of my house and on low pile area rugs and it is nothing short of shocking on how well this thing works. Note - I've yet to use the hand tool part. The blue solution that comes with it is in a larger container than the main solution in the yellow labeled bottle. To me that should be the other way around. I use far more of the regular yellow labeled solution than the blue labeled one for the hand tool. And I ordered 4 sets of the solution in my original order - not knowing that this would be the case and again the blue bottle is bigger. I guess people use the hand tool more than I do. Anyways - in future I'll just be ordering the yellow label by itself... it'll take me a long time to work through using the blue label solution with the hand held tool. Bad knees and hands - so I'm just not one to get down on my hands and knees to do that kind of thing and the main part of the machine is literally so effective I haven't had to do that. Good luck.
