It’s such an amazing couch and it made me so happy! The assembly took me almost the whole afternoon but I’m slow. I judge it’s really more of a two people job really. Some of the screws socket were a bit difficult to put together because of the misalignment between pieces if you tighten one part of the screw too tight and misplace the other, but with a little bit of force everything does come together fairly easily.. I ordered the Mid-Brown, which has much more of a caramel tone to it. If you want a deeper, truer brown, Id suggest going with Coffee. That said, it still looks great and doesnt bother me too much! Pillow Note The pillows do not hold their shape as much as I would like it to, it is a bit slouchy. There are not words in the dictionary to describe how much I hate this couch and wish I never bought it. I spoke to a customer service rep on the phone directly to ensure that it was, in fact, 59 inches as advertised. As you can see, it is not 59 inches, it is 43 at best. It doesn't even look close to the photos in the listing. The legs are wobbly, the screws for the arms are not long enough, and calling it a rock would be an insult to rocks. After one customer service rep lied to me about a pickup service Wayfair does not even offer, I finally was able to recoup my money. At one point, a customer service representative asked if I could drop off this 75 pound monster at a FedEx location to be returned. I do not know what kind of Olympian they believe me to be, but that is not feasible in a 7th floor apartment with no car. This is my second time riding the merry-go-round of customer service for damaged or incorrect items. I do like the material of this couch- it’s a comfortable lived in look- however it’s tricky to get the pillow inside the covers. The way we did it was to turn them inside out and hold the corners and another person pulls it over - however the zipper is broken on one of the cushion and couldn’t zip it up given it’s a small tight fit - you have to adjust the frame with screws and legs to make it snug. - they did have some markings on the cushions but it’s on both and looks purposeful - hope I can get it removed.
