This piece is perfect for my guest room. The seating is very comfortable and the dimensions don't take up all the space. I love the chaise for morning coffee and reading the newspaper and the storage is easy to access and has a huge amount of space. The mattress slides out very easily, creating a spare bed in seconds. The storage is great, and for the most part the couch is comfortable. With all of the cushions being removable and washable its easy to keep clean and nice. The only caveat is that the cushion fabric shifts on the cushion padding because the Velcro stays where it is attached but underneath your bottom the cushion shifts. The Velcro is underneath the cushion, when it should have probably been at the back of the cushion where it butts up against the back of the couch. The manufacturer is proudly bringing the comfort to America's living room. This Sectional begins with milling and drying own hardwoods at lumberyard facility to ensure that frames are built to last without warping, twisting, or cracking. From there, the lumber travels to one of Serta upholstery frame shops where the wood is cut, shaped, and assembled into the highest quality frames available. The foam and fiber parts, built with eco-friendly practices and recycled materials are cut to size at 1 of 2 nearby foam processing plants. These components are then joined in 1 manufacturing center where they are assembled into your piece of furniture. Serta upholstery fabric, sourced from around the world, selected for its quality, style, and value and stored in climate controlled fabric warehouse, is then cut, sewn and applied to create your finished piece of upholstered furniture.

The sectional is great once you have both pieces together. However, I did have issues with the delivery company that was used. Wayfair sent both pieces in one shipment to the delivery company. The delivery company decided since it said one that only one piece was to be delivered. I talked to them and that was their excuse. Wayfair was great in responding and arranging shipment of the missing piece since the delivery company could not locate the other piece at their warehouse. Theyre great! Sit a bit hard, but got them as extra sleeping space when my grandkids visit (once a year) and they work perfectly in the room as I didnt want another bedroom! Actually I just finished the room tonight except for ordering one more thing for wall above plant behind chair. Wanted a casual sitting room and a place for the grandkids to watch tv or play video games. Larger tv still coming. They are EXTREMELY LARGE AND DEEP! If you dont have a decent sized room, I wouldnt recommend them. I have them on an 8x10 rug and actually just ordered the poofs and was able to match them very well! You definitely need an extra pillow behind your back to sit in these. Im 57and without it, they are way too deep. The cushions that come with it, youll see, I put them on the back of the chairs to fill in the space where the head of the chair goes down. However because it is long and the frame doesn’t come apart, it didn’t fit in our basement that has a 32” door and a tight corner. It’s softer than I thought it’d be! I prefer an extremely soft mattress but I needed a shorter (10”) mattress for the bed frame I wanted and ultra plush is harder to find so I settled on this one and I’m quite pleased.
