Offers great relief from lower back pain. Comfortable in virtually any position I sleep.(back, side, and occasionally stomach). Traded from a dealt full size bed, this is definitely an upgrade worth the money. Just wait til a sale I got my queen size for 514.. Travis. Indiana. Fri Oct 09 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters, the delivery process was seamless. The quality of the mattress is exceptional. It’s a beautiful fabric and super soft to the touch. It was really easy to set up on the boxspring and bedframe that we had in place. It fits standard sheets and bedspread for the size. Once it was set up, I had company that came and stayed and slept in my son‘s room on it they loved it, and it was super comfortable for their stay. My son also loves his new bed and has had many restful nights on it since he started using it. It’s the perfect amount of comfort and firmness.. Anonymous. Sun Sep 27 2026

10” thick mattresses of good quality are hard to find especially in local stores. Serta came through on this one. Definitely not too soft. May add a topper later. Wanted a 10” to keep the height down since our platform bed is already 16” high and we really don’t care for high beds. And it’s light enough that we can rotate it ourselves.. Anonymous. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As you can see, the room hasn't been updated in 10 + years including our mattress.. this has been an actual game changer!!!! It feels really nice, medium feel, i dont feel like i sink in but it also doesnt feel like a board. It almost curves to my body and I have been getting such a great night's sleep with this mattress!!! I am a plus size person and between me and my husband its well over 550+ pounds of weight but it has been working out for us. We've been using this mattress for almost 60 days and it feels the same as the first day we got it! Comfortable, doesnt sink for our weight and so far I love laying in bed without getting some type of soreness from sleeping "wrong". Its definitely the mattress you use that causes this.. in love with our new mattress!!!!. Anonymous. Mon Oct 12 2026

The Serta Low Profile Box spring offers support, durability, and reduced motion. When used with a proper supportive bed frame, it helps prevent sagging and blowing for the life of the mattress

Good support in a low profile. We also have a narrow stairway as our home is built on pilings so we wouldnt have gotten a one piece king box spring up the stairs regardless, so we were excited to see this option.. Dan. MI. Sat Sep 12 2026
