This is perfect for my needs, I just wanted something that looked nice but also was functional. The color is a very nice gray and it fits the small space I had. It is hard but not that uncomfortable. I won't know how well it last for a few months, but as of now I am really happy. It took my grandson a little over an hour to put together. I was pleasantly surprised by this item. I ordered knowing it was a cheaper buy but I am very pleased with it. Comes in one big heavy box. Very easy to put together. Comes largely put together and you have to slot in a couple of pieces and that is it. Took 15 mins with 2 of us. Fabric is surprisingly good for the price and is nice to the touch. The seat part of the sofa is not hard but not soft. I would say medium to soft but this is understandable given it is a sofa bed and I am overall very impressed with its comfort. Love the Quaility and modular construction. Very easy to put together. Day 2 of delivery and still see a little sign of compression on back cushions but expect that to decompress with time. The microfiber material seen very good in Quaility. My only minor issue was a few springs on the pull out had fallen out and need to be reinstalled but nothing after that. I would recommend it.
