Definitely as advertised. Very fair price and the pillows are definitely between a medium and firm pillow. After sleeping on them all night they fluff back up to their normal shape. We really like this waterproof mattress pad. We have a dog who sometimes has small accidents during the night. The pad fits our deep mattress easily and the fabric prevents any moisture from seeping through. One tip, we bought this as a replacement for the exact pad. Do not wash in a washer with an agitator. I had to say I was shocked to hear that from 2 different people. 1 being a total stranger, and another a family friend. Its decent. Support difficult to unroll and cut out of the plastic layers. I have a nic in the fabric now from cutting the plastic off so that's sad. The ended of the mattress lack support, so I think it's best for 1 person or 2 smaller people. If you try to sit right on the edge, it collapsed. Or if you put your entire weight through your hand, etc. I think it's a good budget mattress. Time will tell how long it lasts.. Anik. The pillows are NOT very flat, very thin like Im reading in some reviews. Theyre not ultra high loft but theyre definitely not flat, thin. My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress. Of course our favorite was the ten thousand dollar TEMPUR PEDIC. Before I was willing to make that commitment we decided to start small with the pillows only. Super glad we did. My husbands neck and shoulder pain has subsided and mine has improved.
