I can’t sleep on my ears. I can’t take the heat. So a while back I bought a pillow with a hole in the middle to help with this. The only problem is the pillow is so small it barely helps. Other ones I’ve looked at, the price is outrageous. This pillow is the best pillow I have ever used. It has the indentation in the center so my ear isn’t against the pillow plus it has the shape that completely forms to my neck. And it’s so easy to hold onto at night. It also has a pillowcase on it that helps with the heat. I can’t recommend highly enough. Would definitely buy again.. Bettidavizeyezz. Kentucky. Fri Oct 23 2026

First night sleeping on this pillow was great! I’ve never had one like this before so I don’t have a comparison, but neck felt great this morning and the pillow was cool all night. It just fits a standard size pillow case as you can see. It might depend on the brand though. Overall, I would recommend this for comfort and coolness. Looking forward to seeing how it does over time.. Jenny. Brighton, MI. Sat Oct 24 2026

Having a hard time getting to sleep? Do you think it?s because of your pillows? Maybe it's time to get rid of your old worn-out pillow and invest in a Cooling Memory Foam Pillow! Shredded memory foam pillows are soft enough to conform to the shape of your head but supportive enough to keep your neck and back aligned properly. If you prefer a soft pillow for sleeping, just put our shredded foam pillows in the dryer on a low setting for a few minutes. These shredded foam pillows are great for side sleepers, back sleepers and stomach sleepers. The high-quality shredded memory foam fill conforms to your unique shape and rebounds quickly, providing targeted support for your neck and shoulders throughout the night.

The fact that you can customize the foam inside is everything. I would just put a pillow protector under your pillow case because the material of the actual pillow looks like it gets lint balls with time. 10 out of 10 comfort. Chantelly. US. Wed Sep 09 2026

Two pillows. Three layers inside each. Each comprising three quilted layers. Add or remove inserts to adjust height from low to high—independently on each side of the bed. This is not merely a comfort feature; it is cervical precision. The quilted construction locks every layer in place, delivering unwavering support that neither shifts nor surrenders through the night. Designed for those who value spinal alignment as much as sleep quality. Back, side, and stomach sleepers alike will find their ideal posture, especially those managing neck strain. Breathable materials. Thoughtful construction. One set, two fully customizable pillows—no compromise, no excess, only support that answers to you.

The pillow arrived quickly. I have been using it for a few weeks, and I really like it. I removed one of the smaller inserts to make it more comfortable for me. I like that you can adjust the height of this pillow. I had previously used a memory foam pillow, and I much prefer this new softer pillow.. Anonymous. US. Sun Jul 12 2026

Gel infused shredded memory foam combines the best of both worlds to provide you with the best sleep possible. Memory foam can retain body heat, resulting in a pillow that is too warm in the middle of the night. Infusing gel into the memory foam fibers solves this issue because the gel stays below your body temperature, providing you with a continuous cooling effect that will help you sleep more peacefully!

I’m still waiting for them to completely blow up but so far they look great. David W. Mon Sep 07 2026

Love the Pillow Guy/Girl Pillows! This particular pillow is plush and can be molded to my head. I sleep on two pillows and find that other pillows make my neck ache. What I love the most is the fact that my head stays cool. If you are a hot sleeper, these would work great. I suggest upon opening that you place the pillows in the dryer on low for 10 minutes to fluff them up.
