We love the beige it is a little lighter than the picture. Nice top- stitch features. Very comfortable. I have not experimented with the five-click lumbar support. I do think if you are short and use the maximum lumbar support you may need a footrest. My husband on occasion needed a second pair of hands. I really like this chair. It is comfortable and looks nice. The cushion seat and back are comfortable with plenty of room. The legs were a little tricky to put on but if the instructions would have been a little clearer on how to twist them in place (wheel part) it would have gone easier. However once accomplished all was good. I have had it a few months now and am glad I picked the black fabric type as no sliding around like those slick material chairs. All in all, am happy with it.
