This table is cute. However, when I unboxed it, it already had a scratch across the top. The other issue was even though its all screwed in all the way the hydraulics seem to have issues. When opening you have to pull relatively hard as well as be careful when you close it because it drops hard. The hydraulic is also very wobbly and i cant figure out why. I am absolutely in love with this table. I had been eyeing it for months while finishing my living room and waited until I got my couch first. It turned out to be exactly what I wanted. A lift-top table with storage that also looks beautiful and high-end. Assembly was minimal, which I really appreciated. You only have to put together the base, and the rest comes fully assembled. The lift mechanism is a little stiff at first, but it does loosen up with use. I lift it up and down several times a day and it’s already improving. My only two minor drawbacks are that I wish it were a little taller and slightly bigger. Not dramatically, just a bit more presence. That said, it works for my space and I still love it.
