I have purchased the no name filters before. I can honestly say that I get better tasting water and the filter lasts longer with the namebrand. You know the importance of indoor air quality. You should have an air purifier from a brand you trust. According to the EPA, when used properly, air purifiers can help reduce airborne contaminants, including viruses, in a home or confined space. The FPF30UH Air Purifier by SHARP is the ideal choice for small rooms. Effective up to 1,650 sq. ft. at one air change per hour, the FPF30UH will filter the air in the AHAM Suggested Room Size of 341 sq ft. at 4.8 air changes per hour. Raise your expectations of an air purifier and ensure a lower total cost of ownership over the years. Other brands may suggest replacing the filter every six months; that can really add up! The SHARP long-life True HEPA filter lasts up-to 2 years, depending on the environment. The FPF30UH meets the strict energy efficiency criteria to earn the ENERGY STAR® Rating. According to energystar.gov, Energy Star Rated products use less energy, save you money on your electricity bill, and help protect the environment by causing fewer harmful emissions from power plants. The double filtration system helps clean the air that passes through the filters in two ways. The washable, microscreen pre-filter traps dust and other large airborne particles. Next, the True HEPA filter effectively captures 99.97% of particles from the air that passes through the filter from 0.3 microns and larger. The FPF30UH is AHAM Verified Tested and found to provide a Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) for three common irritants and allergens, Dust (101), Smoke (92), and Pollen (109). The FPF30UH features Max, Med, and Sleep fan speeds, plus Express Clean, which runs for 60 minutes on Max before returning to the previous setting. The Library Quiet, Sleep setting is perfect for the bedroom, and the Auto-Resume feature remembers your last setting between uses. It’s no wonder people around the world trust SHARP. Now that is Simply Better Living.

The Moen Flo Shutoff installs on your home's main water line to monitor flow, pressure, and temperature 24/7, and automatically shuts off your water if it detects a leak, before it causes serious damage. Most water devices wait for a leak to happen, then send you an alert. The Flo Shutoff works differently. It proactively runs daily MicroLeak tests to find small drips, high pressure, and freezing conditions before they cause damage. When something is seriously wrong, it doesn’t just notify you, it automatically shuts off your water. A third-party LexisNexis study found homes with a Flo Shutoff saw up to a 96% reduction in water damage claim events. Stay in control from anywhere with the Moen Flo App, and add a FloProtect plan for extended warranty coverage and insurance deductible support. Because the Flo Shutoff installs in-line on your main water supply, professional installation is recommended. Water damage is the most underestimated threat inside a home; more common than fire and more costly than theft. Moen Flo exists to change that. We prevent loss, one drip at a time.

This is awesome. Frequently leaks are stopped with this shutoff. After paying 1,600 for a preventable pipe leak, this pays for itself. Karnik. Fri Sep 25 2026
