The couch is comfortable. The color is pretty spot on to the pictures. The material is nice and soft. The assembly took us about 2 12 hours. We thought we would be able change the layout of the couch like the longer side being on he left hand side instead of the right but the couch doesn’t allow that if anyone was wondering if that was a possibility. Also if anyone was wondering, it came in 3 separate boxes that were quite heavy and did take some work to move but it was worth it. Overall I love the couch and am happy with the purchase.. The couch is a beautiful color and very soft. The cushions are firm, but not uncomfortable. I love that it’s modular and can be reconfigured (still haven’t decided on which configuration I like best in our space). Putting the couch together took my husband about an hour at most. The couch does sit low to the ground and will slide easily on wood floor (we are getting a new area rug and have also purchased some rubber “grippers” to help) but didn’t seem to move around as much when linked together. The cushions are all removable, although the bottomsitting cushions cannot be flipped to the other side, just rotated. I gave it 45 stars only because I can’t speak to the longevity of the couch as we’ve only have it together for a day, but I do think that after a few monthsyear the cushions will need to have some “fluff” added to maintain their appearance. I purchased this couch two years ago and has held up extremely well. I have waited to give you a review until now for some real insight. Great couch! It is slightly firm (I think why it’s held up well) though it would be much more comfortable with giant couch pillows. We are huge loungers and we have put in a lot of hours on the couch and it’s holding up very well. The couch is a huge hit at family gatherings because everyone fits! Very nice! This was my first purchase from wayfair and a rather large one so I was really nervous but I love it. It is firm, not “cloud” like but I find it very comfortable, fabric is soft, it feels heavy and solid.
