Their customer service is not doing so well in my book… Therefore until things are resolved, they get a one out of five stars for now. Me personally, I like soft beds for my achy joints and I’m a side-sleeper, but firmer beds are better for young kids so I’ll give my opinions as best as I can. It’s truly medium firm— not so firm I feel like I’m sleeping on the floor, but not so soft that it conforms to my body shape. As a side-sleeper, I did feel the pressure in my shoulders after napping for a couple hours, but nothing too crazy. It’s not super bouncy which is great ‘cause you won’t feel it when someone moves on the other side. I feel like it has great edge support also as it doesn’t buckle under me at 180 lbs and actually feels slightly more concave towards the middle than the edges.
