Mattress is so comfortable. Wayfair overcharged me by taking money from my account a second time for the exact amount of the coupon I used when placing the order. Their customer service is not doing so well in my book… Therefore until things are resolved, they get a one out of five stars for now. This mattress is plush yet firm. We tried all the mattresses in the store and this by far was the most comfortable. It is quality and highly recommended for a good nights sleep.
