Mattress is so comfortable. Wayfair overcharged me by taking money from my account a second time for the exact amount of the coupon I used when placing the order. Their customer service is not doing so well in my book… Therefore until things are resolved, they get a one out of five stars for now. I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size.
