I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for mattress for my teenage son's room. He was ready for a good mattress. Overall we are very happy with this one. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. I don't find it firm at all so if that is what you are looking for move on but if you want a soft/comfy mattress this is the one for you.. Aztracy. Phoenix, AZ. Thu Oct 13 2022

We love this mattress. Sleeps well with a memory foam topper! So comfortable and easy to make up. It does have a very wide pocket for sheets. 15” of pure softness. We so love it!!! It was delivered by Ele and partner. They carried it up 2 stories and layed it in our bed frame. Took all packaging with them. I would recommend the Wayfair company every-time!. Paula. Geneva, FL. Immediately found relief in upgrading my mattress. It is firm, but soft, and very comfy. It is a very tall mattress, so deep pocket sheets required. Works well with adjustable bed frame.. Happy On The West Coast. Beaverton, Oregon. Fri Mar 06 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed is super comfortable. It has great back support, it's a bit firm but still comfy. It's a very thick bed which lends to its comfortability factor. My little kiddo and my cats love sleeping with me in this bed, and it's held up very well. When my little one tosses and turns, it doesn't really disrupt my sleep too much because the mattress is so firm. I've enjoyed this bed and think it's a great value.. Sweetrose781_6167. I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size.
