The Sealy Posturepedic® Elite Spring Firm mattress delivers a perfect blend of pressure relief, support, and cool-to-the-touch comfort night after night. The orthopedic-inspired Posturepedic® Pro Support System reduces those nagging Bed Aches™ with exclusive PrecisionFit™ Coil and MaxSupport™ Technology to provide targeted support for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one month of use, I feel that this mattress provides excellent support for my back and spine. The firmness is just right—not too soft—so I don’t wake up with back pain. My husband has also been trying it for the past month and he is very satisfied, noticing a big improvement with his back pain as well. The surface is flat and sturdy, yet still comfortable without feeling too hard. After a month, the mattress has maintained its shape well without sagging. I also find the material durable and breathable, which keeps us from feeling overheated at night. For the price, I think it offers great value.. Anonymous. Fri Sep 05 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we are really loving this bed! First of all, the delivery service that brought this to me was wonderful, and took great care bringing it into the home and room. The bed itself is so very comfortable. I didn’t realize how bad our previous mattress was until I slept on this one. The first night, I fell asleep much quicker and didn’t wake up with the back pain that I was used to. Dare I say it keeps That alone says so much about the quality of this mattress. It has a slight cooling effect too. Also, my cat was obsessed with the bed and would not get off of it the first couple days. That was a nice bonus lol.. Helloayesha_796. Mon Sep 01 2025

Perfect for guest beds, spare beds, and kids’ rooms, this spring mattress with a firm feel features response open coils and a seal support gel foam layer for an on-the-bed feeling. It’s a great night’s sleep at an affordable price.

This bed is very comfortable. It definitely is more firm than soft as described. The first one came with a tear in it but Wayfair was awesome and sent us a new one. We would recommend. Our guests say they slept well!. Catie. Sanford, NC. Mon Aug 21 2023

Sealy was among the first to create the hybrid, pairing the best qualities of innerspring and memory foam mattresses to deliver best-of-both-worlds comfort. Carefully engineered coils adapt and support every part of your body, while specialty foams conform and cushion for your most comfortable night’s sleep. Our classic Sealy Cool collection is engineered for a great night’s sleep, delivering trusted Sealy quality at an affordable price. Your mattress comes compressed in a box, combining Sealy quality with the convenience of easy transportation.

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was asked by Influencer to try this product in return for my honest and unbiased opinion Seale's Patterson II posturepedics plus spring ultra firm has to be the most comfortable mattress I have ever been able to lay my body on. Just having to have emergency hamstring reattachment surgery to where I was laid up in bed for almost 6 weeks I was so afraid that I wouldn't be comfortable and not be able to get any rest to heal. That couldn't have been further from the truth. This mattress is firm and holds my body. I don't "sink in" like foam mattresses. It has just enough give in the padding on the very top so that you know you're not laying on " a board". I can only be comfortable being on firm mattresses and this is extremely helpful to my back and to my recovery for my hamstring. I wouldn't give this mattress up if God himself asked me for it. This mattress is that good and it's beautiful!.. Lalu6060_9924. Thu Sep 04 2025

Great mattress! I have chronic back pain due to scoliosis. I initially purchased a dreamcloud firm mattress and it felt too soft. Swapped it for this one and I couldn’t be happier! It has minimal bounce and doesn’t sink when you sit on the edges. Definitely worth the price and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a firm mattress.. Anonymous. Sat Aug 08 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW! Let me start off by saying that I thought I had a good mattress until I slept on this Sealy. Coming from someone who gets back pains due to scoliosis and neck pains from day to day strenuous activity this mattress exceeded my expectations! I was able to get quality sleep and rest. I received the mattress in medium, but I felt as though it was a bit more firm than what I thought it would be. However, it was still extremely comfortable and exactly what I was missing. I love the height and the thickness of the mattress. It was comfortable for me when sleeping on my sides and back. I felt as though the cushion was the perfect support and I molded right into it without sinking in. It’s also a quiet mattress, so if you’re in and out of bed it would not disturb another person. You don’t feel any springs or discomfort. It kept me cool and comfortable throughout the night. Lastly, as you can see in the pictures the quality and material are beautiful! I love the color pattern sealy chose.. Jeanenen_4075. Wed Sep 03 2025
