It was wayyyy too soft for us and was killing our backs. So I took a chance on this after reading the reviews and getting in for the sale. Best decision ever! I’m not exaggerating. It’s not even fully formed yet but I know it’s going to be a massive improvement and just what we needed for better back support. The shallow pillow top adds a softness that’s needed so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. But the firm structure underneath is absolutely incredible. The best of both worlds! Bought this for the primary bedroom. It is a little higher than I expected with my bed frame, but not so much that I need a ladder or step stool to get in bed. I wanted a mattress that was somewhat firm but had a pillow top. I found this. So far, and it has been a month, I love it. Nothing aches when I get up in the morning.
