I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Just having to have emergency hamstring reattachment surgery to where I was laid up in bed for almost 6 weeks I was so afraid that I wouldn't be comfortable and not be able to get any rest to heal. That couldn't have been further from the truth. This mattress is firm and holds my body. I don't "sink in" like foam mattresses. It has just enough give in the padding on the very top so that you know you're not laying on " a board". I can only be comfortable being on firm mattresses and this is extremely helpful to my back and to my recovery for my hamstring. I wouldn't give this mattress up if God himself asked me for it. I struggle finding a good pillow. I have bought far too many, and I am thankful I purchased this one. I have an old pillow I've been looking to find a replacement for and this is the closest I have found to it. It provides good comfort and does not kill my neck throughout the night like some of the pillows I have purchased as of recent. It's a full memory foam pad instead of chunks. Mattress is fine, but the frame has an issue i can not turn off the lights under the bed everytime we get out of bed at night the light turns off it does not matter that on the controller I clicked off.
