After a 10 year old Serta Perfect sleeper had started to fail, I thought this would help my osteoarthritic and scoliosis lower back to give more support in order to sleep better until I can replace the platform bed mattress. I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size.
