I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

Great mattress! I have chronic back pain due to scoliosis. I initially purchased a dreamcloud firm mattress and it felt too soft. Swapped it for this one and I couldn’t be happier! It has minimal bounce and doesn’t sink when you sit on the edges. Definitely worth the price and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a firm mattress.. Anonymous. Sat Aug 08 2026

King (76"x80") – Spacious comfort for couples, tall sleepers, or pet owners. Still unsure? Most couples love our—the perfect balance of support and comfort!

We got the 14" mattress. I love the 800+ individually wrapped springs, and the fact that it is fiberglass-free, and has CertiPUR-US foam, and OEKO-TEX certification. The mattress also feels really nice and supportive, but also very cushiony on sore joints. I do not think the " reinforced edge support" is anywhere near as supportive as the "integrated mattress edge support" our last mattress from Wayfair featured. The last one we had was the Wayfair Sleep Medium Hybrid Mattress, and you could sit on the side of that one without it sinking down more than just a tiny bit. I liked that feature a lot as it gives you a more stable surface to sit on to put on shoes, etc. Thankfully we have a bench at the end of our bed, because this mattress edge sinks down quite a bit on the edge. (And NO, I have not gained weight since we had the last one.) My husband and I both miss that extra structure at the edges of the old one, but this mattress does feel very nice. Overall we are happy with our purchase. I would have given it 5 stars if it had had the same edge support as the previous mattress. Update: It's now been 5 months that we have been sleeping on this mattress and it is sagging. I wish I'd never bought it. We rotate our mattress every 4 months. We are not obese people, and frankly even if we were, the mattress is supposed to support 880lbs, and my husband and I aren't even half that added together. Don't buy this mattress.... Sherri. I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size.
