I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

This is our third try buying a new mattress and I think we’re going to stick with it. The top layer is comfortable. You do sink into the mattress a bit, but still feel supported. I was worried about sleeping hot but it doesn’t hold body heat as much as a previous memory foam mattress we owned. It’s a bit too soft for me. Kind of hard to turn over in bed. On the bright side, when my husband moves around in his sleep I can’t tell, unlike a mattress with springs.. Hannah. Zionsville, PA. Fri Oct 16 2026

Engineered for Your Best Sleep – Bedstory Mattress Tired of choosing between support and comfort? Our hybrid mattress combines the best of memory foam and innerspring technology—giving you cool, pressure-relieving comfort with durable, body-hugging support for deeper, more restorative sleep. The Right Fit For: -Back/side sleepers (medium-firm 6/10 feel) -Hot sleepers (breathable 3D knit cover) -Safety-conscious buyers (no fiberglass or harmful chemicals) Which Thickness is Right for You? 12" – Ideal for most sleepers (130-230 lbs), especially side sleepers needing pressure relief. 14" – Luxury feel, best for plus-size sleepers (230+ lbs) or adjustable bases. Which Size Should You Choose? Twin (38"x75") – Kids, dorm rooms, or small spaces. Full (54"x75") – Solo adults who like extra room. Queen (60"x80") – Couples or master bedrooms (best seller!). King (76"x80") – Spacious comfort for couples, tall sleepers, or pet owners. Still unsure? Most couples love our—the perfect balance of support and comfort!

We got the 14" mattress. I love the 800+ individually wrapped springs, and the fact that it is fiberglass-free, and has CertiPUR-US foam, and OEKO-TEX certification. The mattress also feels really nice and supportive, but also very cushiony on sore joints. I do not think the " reinforced edge support" is anywhere near as supportive as the "integrated mattress edge support" our last mattress from Wayfair featured. The last one we had was the Wayfair Sleep Medium Hybrid Mattress, and you could sit on the side of that one without it sinking down more than just a tiny bit. I liked that feature a lot as it gives you a more stable surface to sit on to put on shoes, etc. Thankfully we have a bench at the end of our bed, because this mattress edge sinks down quite a bit on the edge. (And NO, I have not gained weight since we had the last one.) My husband and I both miss that extra structure at the edges of the old one, but this mattress does feel very nice. Overall we are happy with our purchase. I would have given it 5 stars if it had had the same edge support as the previous mattress. Update: It's now been 5 months that we have been sleeping on this mattress and it is sagging. I wish I'd never bought it. We rotate our mattress every 4 months. We are not obese people, and frankly even if we were, the mattress is supposed to support 880lbs, and my husband and I aren't even half that added together. Don't buy this mattress.... Sherri. Jefferson City, TN. Tue Sep 29 2026

This 12" Copper-Infused Medium Hybrid Mattress is designed with optimal comfort and support in mind, featuring a multi-layer construction that ensures a restful and rejuvenating sleep experience. The top layer is a luxurious jacquard fabric cover that adds a soft and inviting touch to the mattress surface. Ventilated copper-gel perfusion memory foam acts as the perfect top foam layer as it effectively dissipates heat and conforms to the body's contours, providing pressure relief and minimizing motion transfer for undisturbed sleep. Beyond that, two layers of flex support base foam enhance the overall stability and durability of the mattress, completing the mattress's robust foam construction. The core of the mattress is built with individually pocketed springs that deliver responsive support and excellent motion isolation, ensuring that each sleeper receives personalized comfort throughout the night. Compatible with most bed frames, bases, and adjustable beds, this mattress is an upgrade to any bedroom. It arrives compressed in a box, so we recommend giving it 48-72 hours to bounce back into shape and enjoy.

This is the second of these I've purchased. Took no time at all for it to reach full expansion, there was very little off-gassing, and with a topper it is perfect for me!. Jenifer. South Pasadena, FL. Sat Aug 15 2026
