It is made from iron in a matte black hue that is heat-resistant, so it’s safe to touch, even when a fire is blazing. This screen has a mesh front and sits flush with the hearth, so embers and sparks are contained. What’s more, the two back legs are adjustable for stability. It fits most standard-sized fireplaces. Some assembly is required.

Overall this is working and looking great as an overly-wide headboard for my queen bed. There are a couple of issues with it. One of the panels had a chunk missing (it had been painted over to hide it). The fabric appears at first to be too short, but it's because you have to stretch it really tight in the frames; some of the dowels are bowing more compared to others under the strain. See the left one compared to the right in the pic. I do wonder if they will hold up. But, for my purposes these are pretty minor issues.. Sydney. Philadelphia, PA. Mon Sep 21 2026

This screen features a vintage floral and bird oil painting design with a vibrant green base, blending the beauty of nature and art. The aluminum alloy frame offers sturdy support and durability, while the oil painting fabric surface provides premium texture and intricate details. Perfect for use in living rooms, entryways, or bedrooms, it serves as both a functional divider and an elegant decorative piece.

The screen came exactly when it was supposed to, about 2 1/2 months after ordering Oct 30. I was a little concerned when it hadn't 'shipped' by mid-December, but customer service explained that shipping isn't updated online until it reaches their warehouse in the US. I'm glad I waited! Packaging was excellent, crated, screwed shut, with dense foam on all sides (not Styrofoam). The screen itself appears to be very good quality, a double sided print with a metal frame. The print is a little less delicate than expected but the colors look exactly as pictured. Good weight, sturdy. I think it is heavy enough that the large rampaging adult kittens won't knock it down. I got the largest one. The sharp metal corners will scratch flooring so I'd recommend adding stick-on felt pads to the bottom before raising it from the crate and positioning in your home. It was fully assembled and easy to maneuver with two people. It fit exactly where expected in the house(we measured before ordering). We have it in the entryway to block the view (and draft) from the front door to a bedroom nearby.. Stephanie. WA. Sun Jan 18 2026
